Before you contact us
- Check your internet connection if a translation request does not complete.
- For voice or camera features, check the app’s microphone, camera, and photo permissions in iPhone Settings.
- Close and reopen the app, then check whether an app update is available.
Subscriptions & billing
For subscriptions purchased through Apple, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions to review or cancel your subscription.
For a purchase billed by Apple, use Apple’s refund request process. Eligibility and approval are determined by Apple.
