AI Live Translator by TJL ("the App") is published by TJL Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and your rights. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. No Account Required

The App does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, or other account identifiers through the App. If you contact our support, we receive only what you choose to send us.

2. Information We Collect

• Voice recordings: When you use live voice translation or voice recording, the App accesses your microphone. Your speech is transmitted to our AI service providers solely to generate transcriptions and translations. Voice data is used only to provide the requested feature and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
• Photos and camera images: When you use camera translation, the App accesses your camera or photo library. Images are processed only to extract and translate text.
• Text you enter: Text you type for translation is processed to provide the translation.
• Translation history: Your translation history is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers. You can delete it at any time inside the App (More > Privacy > Clear History).
• Purchase information: Subscription status is processed by Apple through In-App Purchase and by RevenueCat for subscription management. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
• Device and diagnostic information: Device model, operating system version, App version, language settings, and basic crash/usage diagnostics used to maintain and improve the App.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide real-time voice, text, and camera translation;
• To manage your Pro subscription status;
• To improve App performance, fix issues, and develop new features;
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your voice recordings, photos, or translations for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they process:

• Apple Inc. — In-App Purchases, subscriptions, and push notifications;
• RevenueCat, Inc. — subscription status management;
• AI speech and translation providers — to convert speech to text and translate between languages. Your voice, images, or text are transmitted to these providers solely to perform the translation you requested.

5. Data Retention

Voice, image, and text data is processed to deliver translations and is not retained by us longer than necessary to provide the service. Translation history remains only on your device until you delete it. Diagnostic data is retained only as long as needed for App improvement.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Delete your translation history at any time inside the App;
• Revoke microphone, camera, or photo-library access at any time in iPhone Settings — the related features will stop working until you re-enable access;
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us below.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information transmitted through the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Users

The App is designed for users in approximately 150 countries. Your information may be processed in the United States, where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
