One of major clients is seeking the excellent candidate who can handle Human Resources team as a General Affairs Specialist

요구사항

MAJOR FUNCTION:

1. Serve as a liaison for communicating and understanding cultural differences and

building relationships among team members.

2. Translate documents from English to Korean and Korean to English.

3. Assist Executive Director with translating documents, written and verbal.

4. Assist the HR department as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Make recommendations to senior management on cultural issues.

2. Travel to Korea.

3. Verbal communication of policies and procedures in Korean through the HR

Department.

4. Assist the HR Department in the written translation of policies and procedures.

5. Assist where needed in communicating to County and State for grants and

abatement of taxes.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assumes other duties as assigned by supervisor.

PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:

1. Four year degree.

2. Prior less than 2 year experience as General Affairs Specialist.

3. Speak and write fluent Korean and English.

1. High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction

with day-to-day activities.

2. Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities,

tactful, mature, flexible.

3. Good reasoning abilities. Sound judgment.

4. Good communication skills.

5. Resourceful and well organized.

6. Participative management style—advocate of team concept.

7. Ability to establish credibility and be decisive—but be able to recognize and

support the organization's preferences and priorities.

8. Results and people oriented, but have sound judgment—ability to balance other

business considerations. Service oriented, but assertive/persuasive.

Organizational Relationships:

1. Accountable to the General Manager of Human Resources for all phases of

activities.

2. Advises, consults, and coordinates with:
