About the Role
One of major clients is seeking the excellent candidate who can handle Human Resources team as a n HR Assistant.
Requirements
A reputable company in the car manufacturing industry, with a newly established office, is seeking an Entry-Level to 2 years experienced General Affairs Specialist who is bilingual in Korean and English. The company is open to recent college graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in the role of an Entry-Level General Affairs Specialist in the picturesque city of Savannah, Georgia.
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison for communicating and understanding cultural differences and building relationships among team members.
Translate documents from English to Korean and Korean to English.
Assist Executive Director with translating documents, written and verbal.
Assist the HR department as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Make recommendations to senior management on cultural issues.
Travel to Korea.
Verbal communication of policies and procedures in Korean through the HR Department.
Assist the HR Department in the written translation of policies and procedures.
Assist where needed in communicating to County and State for grants and abatement of taxes.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assumes other duties as assigned by supervisor.
PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:
Four year degree.
Prior less than 2 year experience as General Affairs Specialist.
Speak and write fluent Korean and English.

Organizational Relationships:
Accountable to the General Manager of Human Resources for all phases of activities.
Advises, consults, and coordinates with:
Senior Management:
Middle Management and Supervisors, Team Leaders and Team Members as needed
Visa Support:
The company will reimburse 100% of the expenses incurred for U.S. visa processing through the immigration attorney designated by the company, which will be initially paid by the candidate.
Subsequent visa changes within the U.S. will be fully supported by the company.
Green Card Support:
After one year of employment, if desired, the company will assess eligibility for a green card.
The costs associated with obtaining a green card, including 50% of attorney fees, advertising fees, and I-140 filing fees, will be covered by the company. The remaining 50% will be the candidate’s responsibility.
However, if the employee resigns within one year after receiving the green card, there may be conditions for the reimbursement of the I-140 filing fee and other related expenses paid by the company.
Benefits for Office Workers:
Meal allowance ($1,000/year), cellphone device, and communication expenses ($40/month) will be provided.
Medical Insurance:
Immediate enrollment in medical insurance with a 70% company contribution and a 30% employee contribution. The plan includes BCBS and Alliance Network.
Retirement Plan (401-K):
After one year of employment, the company offers a 2% matching contribution to the retirement plan.
One-Month Housing, Vehicle, Lunch, and Immigration Assistance:
One month of dormitory accommodation, a vehicle, daily lunch, and pre-tax financial support of $4,000 for single individuals (requires submission of a Korean family relationship certificate and proof of arrival in the U.S.).
Celebration Services:
Services for special occasions, holiday gifts (New Year’s and Chuseok), year-end bonuses based on performance, and more.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Fluent in both Korean and English is required
1 to 2+ years' relevant experience in HR, administration, or related fields
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
Proficiency in English required, Spanish preferred.
Salary: Recent graduate, starting at $60,000 per year ~
